Hello Beautiful Friend!
Welcome to your audio LoveGram.
I’m grateful for you.
I’m grateful for your presence.
I’m grateful for your sweet heart.
I’m glad we are here for one another — through all the ups and downs.

Today’s audio Love Gram is all about an experiential gift idea and a meaningful end-of-life idea all in one. (A two-fer!)
This is something I learned from a new friend named Phil.
Phil told me that he was taking his 84-year-old dad on a “bucket list trip to Japan.” As soon as I heard that, I was so moved. Phil had asked his dad if there was anything he really wanted to do before he died that he needed help planning or that Phil could do with him.
Don’t you LOVE that?
What a beautiful and supportive question to ask!
Listen to the audio to learn more about how to make this offer to someone in your life, and some of the unexpected gifts that Phil received from this special time with his dad.
Hearing Phil talk about his dad made me pause and think about the people I love and the quiet wishes they might be carrying. Maybe this story invites you to do the same — to lean in, ask, and make space for new ways of connecting and loving even better than before.

💝 P.S. It is a super crazy thing to be launching a book right now in the midst of this river of grief. I’ve had some beautiful conversations about leaving a legacy of love. If you want to listen, here’s one with Juliana Bruno, author of “Reasons to Live: An Interactive Guide to Healing and Overcoming Suicidal Thoughts.” And another one with Emily Thiroux Threatt, author of “Loving and Living Your Way Through Grief.”
