Hello, friend.

I began creating these Sunday LoveGrams when the pandemic started.

From the beginning, I have taken refuge in the Ram Dass quote, “We’re all just walking each other home.”

Today’s LoveGram feels like it embodies that sentiment even more than usual because I created it along with a dear friend of mine, Tricia.

Yesterday I had my very first in-person social connection outside of my household since the start of March.

I got to spend a whole day with Tricia. And I really savored the support and connection. There’s an untangling or unpacking that happens when we have extended time with friends or family that is very different than a telephone call or even video call.

The spaciousness allows for ongoing and deeper looking.

It was a tremendous gift to have that time with Tricia — and I feel supported in a way that I was really missing.

I wonder how you are thinking about this new phase of the pandemic. Are there close friends whom you are inviting into your “bubble?” How are you thinking about this next phase and what you consciously create?

I’m a little late today with my LoveGram, but that doesn’t mean you haven’t been on my mind! We have been, and we continue to be, in this TOGETHER.

We are walking through it with as much love and compassion as we can muster.

Here’s your LoveGram for today.

Is there an honest stand you want to make in this new phase? Is there a friendship you want to deepen? How will you do that?

Thanks for being here.

It means so much to me to walk with you through this.  And I’m delighted to introduce  you to my friend,  Tricia!
