Hello Delightful You!

Today I send you a soft red paisley blanket.

I send you a crackling fire.

I send you veggie stew, chocolate cake, and a friend you love.

Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram. I’m so glad you are here with me.

I recorded today’s audio LoveGram on a whim while I was walking home from my Zumba class on Friday.

It was raining. And I’m sorry, you can hear me huff ‘n puff a bit as I climb a hill! (Haha. That’s how you know it is really me and not Sherry-ai!)

I had just come from one of the most fun Zumba classes ever. And what made it fun? That it was raining!

Okay, well, it wasn’t exactly the rain that made it fun. It was that we danced anyway. It was that we laughed anyway. It was that someone wore a pink polka-dot rain poncho and someone else wore an orange slicker and another gal wore a fun, floppy rain hat.

It was that Pepper, our dog friend, showed up in her rain jacket, neon yellow ball in her mouth, not caring a wink about the rain.

“Dancing in the rain” is such a cliche, but it isn’t it also something to practice?

In today’s audio, I share some other thoughts about why it is so exhilarating to push into the uncomfortable or the hard places — especially when we do so with others.

Life doesn’t always look like what we expect or hope.

Can we find a slice of celebration, nevertheless?

Thanks for being here with me, rain or shine.

Thank you for being someone who wants to celebrate all of life, even amidst the ups and downs and all arounds.

I’m here with you.

YOU MATTER.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
