In order to join our community and receive these 5 days of videos from me and get the MOST out of this challenge, you’ll need to complete the steps below:
Step 1: Check your email from a message from my system inviting you to login to access the challenge. This is the only way I am able to deliver these 5 days that you’ve signed up for so you’ll want to be sure you take a moment to login. Day 1 is immediately available to you so you can get started right away! You’ll find the daily videos, resources, downloads and supporting audio meditation, all right there in the challenge.
Step 2: Add my email address, firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of email contacts so that I can deliver this 5 day training to you. You can reach me anytime this way as well. You should have a welcome email from me including the training for day 1 waiting for you in your inbox right now.
Step 3: Login to the challenge, say hello! And get started!
Each morning for the next 5 days, you’ll receive an email from me when the video is available for you to watch. Be sure to set aside some time for your own self during this week. At least 10-15 minutes to watch the video and benefit from the exercises each day. Oooh I am just so excited for you!
