Just kind of treading water?
Maybe you feel a low-level depression or flatlining?
Everything is gray.
You might have the feeling that “it’s too late” or “you missed the boat.”
You may believe that you are too old, too shy, or … too something.
Maybe you feel like you’re not the person you should be.
Or you are living too much as the person you should be …
And not the person you WANT to be?
The person you truly are, who whispers quietly to you from the locked room deep inside.
I understand. I’ve been there.
I’m Sherry Richert Belul, author and coach.
I spent years feeling as if an iron wall of “shoulds” and “should-haves” was closing in around me.
I was in my 40’s and I still felt like there was a life just waiting for me, trapped behind that iron wall.
I found a way out.
You can, too.
The thing is, we have it all backward.
We are told that we have to compete, compare, and achieve things to be successful.
We have to jump through all those hoops that other people put up.
We think we need to look like other people, think like other people, —and say the right things.
We feel ashamed when we don’t fit the template.
We think we have to hide because we’re not perfect.
But the things we think are shameful or weird are what make us unique!
It’s living outside of the cookie cutter life that makes us happy.
What you need is the permission to be exactly who you are right now, no matter what.
This coaching program is aimed to help you live exactly as you are + to create moments of light and celebration.
And the best part is, this isn’t some complicated blueprint you need to follow or years of self-help.
Change happens in singular moments. It’s like when you’re in the pitch black and someone turns on a tiny little nightlight. That little light makes all the difference.
I call these moments pinpricks of light. Like poking holes in that depressing iron wall that keeps you from feeling like you.
Through simple practices and small new habits, you create moments of love, creativity, and connection.
When you realize that YOU are the gift the world needs,
it becomes easy to find and create those moments of celebration.
You’ll learn to live into feelings of wellbeing, light, love, connection, and self-expression …
You know there is more to you than what you are showing the world – and when you start to express more of that, you’ll experience cinematic moments that feel just like you always imagined.
You’ll want to shine more.
And you will.
Your bright light will be a beacon to others.
You, being you, exactly who you are, lights up the world for others.
I help women who are feeling sad, lost, or disappointed start living a
colorful life filled with joy, courage, and confidence – even if you think it’s too late.
And the best part: we have fun along the way!
Sometimes you just need to be reminded, to be given tools and a community to return home to yourself. Here’s how to know if coaching can help you live life on your terms, stoke your creativity, move through obstacles, and live with greater joy, curiosity, and celebration.
I am all about simplicity and playfulness, even in dark times. So even when we are talking about things that are really hard, I like to keep things in a way that we don't ever lose sight of our joy.
Seeking celebration even in the dark corners is one of my main teachings. We are going to be peeling back some layers and looking at our lives together and then deciding where we want to go from there. My intention is to always keep the practices simple. They don't take a lot of time, but they're very impactful.
The foundation of my coaching is always of pinpricks, of light, tiny moments that will lead us into a different direction, so that we step into just a tiny moment of light. And from there we make a different choice about what's next for ourselves.
This is not a cookie-cutter coaching program. People who are drawn to my work are really good hearted people, kind loving people who want to support other people. This is the kind of community that is important to me to create and nurture. Open, curious and non-judgemental.
I'm not offering any sort of blueprint for people of how to live their life. We're exploring what is unique to each of us and supporting each other in that.
Our community is filled with people who are wildly different ages, economic groups, or political beliefs. We welcome people from all walks of life with one goal: To be in a community of helping each other find themselves and walking each other home again.
We will do a whole gamut of things that aren't typically found in a coaching program. We sing together, sometimes we dress up and have parties. It's a place where we push the envelope a little, that way with art projects and I bring in poetry and music, and sometimes we do show and tell.
Yes, you are going to be challenged, but in a way that is safe and fun and really, always challenged in a way that helps you. You will get to see more about who you really are and what brings you to life.
In the midst of everyday life, it is easy to forget how extraordinary — and fleeting— our lives are. Thus, Sherry believes in a simple philosophy: make moments into gifts.
She helps people appreciate who they are and the people they love through customized tribute books and other one-of-a-kind gifts that inspire us to celebrate, share, and build beautiful relationships. Don’t wait; say it now.
