I've been invited to lead a workshop as part of the Personal Transformation Summit. All the workshops are free and there will be no selling on the calls. I'd really love it if you could join me for this.

My workshop, Celebration as an Antidote To Scarcity, Fear, and Despair, is something really close to my heart — all about celebrating exactly what is, rather than being caught in a story about how we wish things could be. I've got some personal experiences to share and a few in-class exercises for you.

It's all happening tonight, Monday November 5th at 6pm PST/9pm EST. But if you can't be there live, you will get the replay if you sign up. Here's the FAQs ma'am (or sir):

What the heck will you be talking about?:
Here's the official class write up: Using disappointment, depression, and anxiety as her teachers for the past twenty years, Sherry has developed products and practices for celebrating ourselves, the people we love, and the shape of our lives — even when none of those look the way we had imagined. During this workshop, Sherry shares some simple (and delightful!) tools and exercises she uses often to create a life of celebration, no matter what the circumstances.

How about if the circumstances are the holidays? Got any tricks up your sleeve to deal with that, huh?
No doubt, the holidays bring up a whole mess o' different feelings for people. There's lots of joy and love and fun and hoopla. But there's also a lot of stress and worry and loneliness that go on. During this class I'm going to be having a special focus on the holidays.

Um, what's a tele-class?
A tele-class is simply a class that happens via the phone. A bunch of people (or, uh, just me if no one else shows up) call in to the same bridge line or conference line and we get to be together in a virtual way. Usually the line is muted most of the time to so there aren't a lot of crazy noises like dogs whimpering and kids yahoo-ing. But there is also time when there is open discussion and Q & A. The best part? We can't see one another so we all get to come in our pajamas or with our hair in rollers.

Where do I sign up for this great workshop that I can take in my pajamas?
Just click right here!

What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up via the above link, you'll receive an email from the conference organizers with all the details about how to access the call this evening. Then, at 6pm PST (that's 9pm EST), you simply cozy up in your favorite chair dial the number, enter the access code, and voila — we'll be in a virtual parlor together, beside a fake fireplace. Just to make it easy for you, here's the link again!

Will I need to bring anything with me?
Yes. Please bring some paper and a pen. We'll be doing a few in-class exercises to make things interactive and fun.

What if I can't make it at that time?
Well, good thing you asked! If you sign up for the tele-summit using the link below (or above! They're the same!) you'll be sent information about how to access the replay.
Sign up here and you'll get the free replays, too.
